Card Members can receive a free skate for themselves and one (1) guest at the Blackhawks’ practice facility, Fifth Third Arena, during public skate hours, subject to capacity limitations. Limit one (1) free skate per day per Card Member. Card Members and guests are responsible for providing their own skates. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. A minor should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Card Member’s and guest’s participation is at their own risk. Card Members and guests agree to release and hold harmless American Express Travel Related Services Companies, Inc., Blackhawk Community Ice Rink, LLC, Chicago Blackhawk Hockey Team, Inc., The National Hockey League, its member teams and NHL Enterprises, L.P. , and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies and designees, together with their partners from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of their participation in this benefit. This benefit is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Benefit is provided on a first come, first serve basis.
