Field Trips
Students will discover a new way to get active with open skating, skating lessons, and even have a chance to watch a Chicago Blackhawks practice (if in season) or take a tour of the Chicago Blackhawks locker room. Fifth Third Arena can host field trips for all ages - from pre-schoolers, to elementary students, up through high school and college groups.
All Field Trips include:
- Two hour ice slot
- Skate rentals
- Skate helpers
- Field Trips are available on Weekdays 9:00am - 2:00pm (pending schedule availability)
Package 1: $16 per student for up to 40 Students
· 1.5-hour ice rental
· Skate rental
· Skate helpers
· 1 skate guard/1 coach
Package 2: $18 per student for 41–60 Students
· 2-hour ice rental
· Skate rental
· Skate helpers
· 2 skate guards/2 coaches
Package 3: $20 per student for 61–80 students
· 2-hour ice rental
· Skate rental
· Skate helpers
· 3 skate guards/3 coaches
Package 4: $22 for 81–100+ Students
· 2-hour ice rental
· Skate rental
· Skate helpers
· 4 skate guards

501c3 organizations have the opportunity to host their fundraiser at Fifth Third Arena by booking ice during our 'prime time' (3:00 pm - 9:00 pm). To make your reservations:
1. Contact Fifth Third Arena to book an ice time that works best for your group
2. Invite people from your community and sell tickets to the event
3. At that event, you will be able to host a 6-foot info table to promote your group
Fifth Third Arena can help with creating any graphic design needs as well as promote your event through our channels
